The reception desk staff are very friendly, the rooms are spacious and stylish with comfortable double beds, and everything about the place is really good.

My room was a bit cold, especially the floor, providing slippers might be a good idea. Also, I couldn't se the TV from the bed.

The room was stylish, budget-friendly, had coffee/tea making equipment, an iron, a comfy bed, and the staff at the reception desk were friendly and excellent.

The staff were excellent , the room spotless. I would stay again and recommend this hotel. Perfect for Victoria Station. Also, just outside in the street is a very small Italian delli cafe that does the perfect coffee.
All lovely !

Location
Tiny room, no facilities, the entrance looks like a brothel, ie over the top of a nail bar with minimal reception facilities and no lift and no fire escape, no thermastat on the shower and no fan in the bathroom, all in all it was a great disapointment and not worthy of 4 stars.

Excellent location, only a 2 minute walk from Victoria station
- This hotel was marked as 4 star. This was absolutely not the case at all. I would have rated the hotel as 2/3 star at best. - The mattress on the bed was as hard as a rock, the 2 inch foam topper did nothing to soften the bed. - There were two of us staying in the room and only 2 miniature bottles of shampoo/shower gel were provided... this was enough only for one. - Also, only 2 towels were provided.. total. This was to do us for showering as well as hand towels for the bathroom.

Fantastic location. Quality fixtures and fittings. Freedom to come and go as given front door key. Full size fridge and 2 large tvs, one in sitting area and one in bedroom.
Narrow staircase so difficult if you have large luggage. We stayed in a one bed superior suite. Although it is fantastic to have a hob and microwave, the only pan was a frying pan and there was no other cooking utensils supplied. There is also a washing machine however I honestly dont know how you could dry anything. The wall heater in sitting area couldnt be used as plug wouldnt go in socket properly and I think control panel locked anyway. With ceramic tiled flooring throughout it got a bit chilly. Bed was very hard but they have put a softer topper on mattress. I did expect all this (apart from heater probs) as I had read previous reviews on your site

The location of this place is great and convenient, situated above a Chinese restaurant with easy access to various shops and supermarkets nearby, where I enjoyed some drinks at the Marquis of Westminster, just 300 meters away.

1. The location. 2. Interiors : Well furnished with a electric gas, washing machine, fridge, microwave, big LCD, dining table etc., 3. Neat & clean.
1. There is no intercom/landline inside the room. 2. There is no lift. 3. Wi-fi was not working. 4. The bed was making lot of noise and was hard, not that comfortable. My room was on 3rd floor and i had to go down everytime i had any query. The stairs are too narrow to carry the luggage. If there is atleast a intercom to talk to reception and working internet connection, this place will be excellent value for money.

The size of the room and bathroom were very generous and the location was great.Facilities were good. Very handy having a washing machine. A dryer would also be handy considering the english weather.
The skylight positioned over the bed needs a blind. soap would be handy in the bathroom.
